Quantum Sails Zenda is joining the MC Class as the title sponsor of the Triple Crown Series taking place over the 2020-21 winter. The three-event winter series for the MC Class is hosted by Lake Eustis Sailing Club, home of Fleet #4, in Eustis, FL.
The Melges Team has supported the Triple Crown Series for a number of years through onsite service, sales, and participation. As part of a renewed initiative in supporting its Melges classes, Quantum Sails is thrilled to join this time-honored winter tradition.
The Triple Crown Series draws an increasing number of scow sailors from around the country, demonstrated by its growing entry list. To encourage participation and support the class, Quantum Sails Zenda is raffling off a new Powerzone Main to a competitor at the Midwinter Championship in March.
The Southeast Regional Championship will be the debut event for the newly updated Powerzone and Speed Mainsails being raced by several members of the Class and the Melges Team. The popular Powerzone design features improved radial corner reinforcements, a new high-visibility window, and a lens foot for greater depth, power, and downwind performance. The Speed Mainsail is an all-purpose sail for the smaller sailor or one that sails single-handed the majority of the time.
In addition to sponsoring the Triple Crown, Quantum Sails and Melges are excited to present Zenda University March 9-10. The annual clinic precedes the Midwinter Championship and is open to any MC sailors looking to improve their skills on the racecourse through classroom and on-the-water training.
Melges and Quantum Team Members Andy Burdick, Eddie Cox, and Ted Keller will be onsite providing service, sales, and exhibiting the latest offerings from Quantum Sails.

- November 14-15, 2020 Southeast Regional Championship
