ASSEMBLER/LAMINATOR
The assembler/laminator will assist in the fabrication and finishing of our boats in order to increase our capacity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, skilled labor experience, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment delivering exceptional results. Carpenters should apply! TRIM & ASSEMBLY
The Trim Assembly Associate assembles and installs hull bulkheads and decks.  We are looking for a dependable, personable individual who has the ability to work alone or with a team. When asked, assists with team members to complete tasks. Must have an eye for details and quality for carpentry work. Proficient experience with tools is preferred. Training available. DETAIL & NEW BOAT PREPARATION COORDINATOR 
Melges is seeking a motivated Detailing & Preparation Coordinator. The coordinator should have experience in buffing, polishing, and detailing of gelcoat. The position would review work orders and determine the scope of the job while working on tight deadlines. Inspect parts, equipment, and cleanliness for compliance with company standards. PAINT & FINISH TECHNICIAN 
We’re seeking the right team member who can perform fiberglass finishing work on our boats. This team member works to finish imperfections or defects in fiberglass hulls, decks, and small parts by identifying defects in the fiberglass. The team member finishes gelcoat blemishes and defects through sanding and polishing.  Polish to perfection and final inspection to ensure high-quality standards are met. Experience preferred.
