Melges Performance Sailboats is delighted to announce the opening of Melges UK. Based in Port Hamble, Melges UK is the newest international dealer of the Melges 15, Melges 14, Skeeta Foiling Craft, and Melges 24.

The effort is led by Shaun Priestley and Isaac Marsh, who both have strong dinghy backgrounds racing internationally. Priestley wrote the framework for the Royal Yachting Association’s foiling programme including the sailing, instructor, and coach training.

“Melges excites me as a brand due to the exciting nature of the boats they offer,” said Marsh. “Even though the presence of Melges in the UK has flown under the radar, everyone here has heard of them! The opportunity to work with such a renowned brand and to be part of their UK journey is an opportunity that couldn’t be missed!

With efforts to launch the new dealership immediately, the team at Melges UK is bringing the Melges 15, Skeeta, and a new product to the Royal Yachting Association Dinghy & Watersports Show February 24-25 in Farnborough, UK. See the boats in person and chat with the team at booth A11.

Melges UK also plans to bring the boats to the Southampton International Boat Show September 13-22.
